Hello and welcome! I'm Maria (Stock) Gundlach, and this is my husband, Ty Gundlach. From a young age, I've harbored a profound passion for organizing and planning, firmly believing that every special event should be a seamless and spectacular experience. My husband Ty has always been a steadfast helping hand, reinforcing our shared commitment to making unforgettable moments happen. With this ethos in mind, we established MK's Event Planning & Coordination in 2021, forging valuable connections with industry-leading experts and vendors along the way. Armed with a bachelor's degree in professional communications and event and meeting management, I've devoted the last 11 years to the hospitality industry, collaborating with some of the most esteemed wedding planners in the Wisconsin and Minnesota areas. With MK's Event Planning & Coordination, I'm dedicated to working tirelessly day and night to ensure your next event is nothing short of extraordinary.

DAY-OF-COORDINATION
Starting at $1200
Day-of-coordination starts a week prior to your wedding date and includes one client meeting one month prior. This package includes 8 hours on the day of, three additional hours prior to the wedding date, coordination of rehearsal, set up of/takedown of decor and personal items, and coordination of the ceremony at a minimum. We will meet one month prior to the wedding date for a meeting to create the master timeline, and ensure everything is in order. A week prior we will contact your vendors to confirm arrival times. This package is designed for any couple looking to stay under budget and ensure you and your family members have peace of mind on the day of while having a professional ensure every detail is in place.
MONTH-OF-COORDINATION
Starting at $1,600
Month-of-coordination starts a month prior to your wedding date. This package includes 10 hours on the day of the wedding, coordination of rehearsal, set up of decor and personal items, and coordination of the ceremony at a minimum. Prior to the wedding date we will meet to discuss all the details, create a master timeline, a vendor directory, and ensure everything is in order. We will contact your vendors to confirm arrival times, items they will be bringing/providing, as well as the details of your contract. Overall, an approximate of 18 hours are worked on your wedding including the day of coordination. This package is designed for you and your families to have total peace of mind knowing that every last detail of your special day will be managed flawlessly by a professional. With this package details and timing of your wedding will be executed step-by-step by a professional that has coordinated over 40 diverse weddings.
PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING
Starting at $2,500
Partial planning includes all of the services for month of coordination plus additional services such as attending vendor meetings, monthly and quarterly check-ins to ensure the clients are on track, etc. If you're a couple that can handle the bulk of planning but would like guidance throughout the process for vendor recommendations (based on budget and personality match), timeline, and budget, this is the package for you!
